In the novel, Hester likes to build up service out others as in serving the little and broad them clothing. To me she takes a lot of time tending to other mess and never has time to think about herself. She is stuck in a hole that she cant get out of because of the unpleasant doings she has gone thorough, especially with her fathers sexism. He has a strong conscience, which enables him to try impudently things. Dimmesdale is the one who had the affair with Hester. In my opinion Dimmesdale shouldnt bother dismissal rough and sleeping with other married women. Arthur is a in advance(p) man and is put on a high floor in this novel.
